Pilgrim Refugio

Our Pilgrim Refuge is situated close to the dam or "embalse" six kilometres before Rionegro del Puente and twenty kilometres after Santa Croya de Tera. We have a large front Portal which we have made available to the Pilgrims to make coffee and tea and have refreshments.There are also Kitchen facilities for overnighters or any pilgrim that would like to use them. The cupboard contains a variety of Pastas , beans and simple meals for those who have not carried any food with them . We have made this provision largely due to the absence of any bars or restaurants in our village.We also have a small albergue or refugio adjoining the entrance with four comfy beds. We are still working on the place and in the future will have more accomodation including small private rooms. Please feel free to drop in for the Stamp and a cup of tea or coffee and some biscuits. There is no charge for anything, but donations are welcome!
